Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take beverage orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Process customer payments accurately using the Aloha POS system
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions to increase sales
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
